You can countermand your order within 2 weeks without reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-mail) or by reconsignment the delivery. The respite starts with this instruction. To be in the respite it suffices to send the text form or the package just in time. The respite must be written to the upper adress.
In fact of a active countermand the opposite achievement must give back to each other. We take packages from outside of germany only if the costumer will pay for the freight. We make the payment to the customer only after we have checked the package. If there are greater aggravations at the goods, we reserved to ourself not to pay the whole payment back to the customer.
